This ******* goverment company,are *******,runs a mockery to force people to pay for a tv licence,but allows 90%of south Africas citizens to buy tv sets without licences,enjoying the free obligated debt to be forced to pay.not allowing it to be regulated even if you have a car radio ,handheld radio,cellphone receiving a radio station,even a laptop,every signal receiver device !youre supposed to have a licence.these people does a double debit order,and its been more than 5 years still refuse to pay me back ,so if you where dumb enough like me that did the right thing,by taking out a tv licence,the fact thats it's not allowed to stop the payment,even if you dont have a tv set or,dont have a job,they dont feel a f.... .but they don't regulate non payers,because if he majority is black,thats another racial ************** openly done .they preach but dont practice their regularities,and victimise the dumb fools doing the right thing.
