The most horrible organization ever!

The most horrible organization ever! I have been battling to deactivate my TV license for the last 3 months even though I had submitted a certified copy of my ID as well as an affidavit. I keep calling back and get hit with a new story every single time. First that they received my documents but I needed to resend it with my account number in the subject line, then it was escalated as a priority to the cancellations team and now all of a sudden my documents are not being received for some reason. I asked to speak to a manager or get an email address of a manager to send my stuff to but apparently they not allowed to lol. Getting a TV license is like signing away your life, you will forever be indebted to these people even when you no longer own a TV lol this is borderline conning people out of money now. No attempt to resolve the matter whatsoever I am honestly disgusted with the service and will never in my life recommend getting a TV license to anyone. Your organization preys on honest individuals and you put in zero effort into doing a job that you are paid for ******** people out of money.
