Terrible service, no accountability

I receive regular wrong reminders to pay TV licence fees.<br> <br> Problem 1- ******* reminders:<br> I continue to get reminders even though I paid my licence weeks ago via EFT with the correct reference. These reminders are intrusive and always reflect increased amounts. Why do I have to chase them up when their admin is so awful?<br> <br> Problem 2- Terrible admin: <br> I have been sent numerous sms reminders and I have been hassled by debt collectors over the phone to pay an overdue licence amount of several thousand Rands for someone who is not even vaguely linked to my cell number, address or any other detail (our names do not sound anything similar either). Zero admin skills whatsoever but no problem hassling me all the time.<br>
