Take your debt off my name

I paid mý TV Licence last year July 2021 as I always do every year however they are refusing to acknowledge my payment. They say that I did not pay when I have the proof of payment and every month they are charging me ridiculous interest on a account that I have already paid for. Sabc can't win this **** that they are trying to put me in, I want my name to be cleared so I can pay my account for this year in peace.
