Such incompetence
I pay my TV licence without fail ever year, goodness knows why as I don't watch SABC. This year I paid on February 27th at the Post Office. I continue to receive threatening sms's about lawyers and penalties etc. I am now sick to death of it. I have phoned them, I have sms them, I have emailed proof of payment. And they still persist.<br> <br> Will someone at the SABC who has a brain cell please fix this !!!!!!
