STUPID Thoughless People

ABSOLUTELY STUPID how the people working there do NOT understand or have the brain to understand a simple issue. How many times will they call in one day? Explain to them my mom does not have the capability to take financial decisions, and I have power of attorney. Then they keep hammering that they spoke to my mom without proof of phone recording, saying she promised to pay (which she is not capable of making) because she had 4 strokes in one year. Then them telling me we should have told them as soon as her circumstances changed to cancel the TV license. Well, excuse me for being a human and NOT thinking about that after my MOM had 4 strokes. I am sure any normal human being with a brain will agree that that will be the last thing on your mind.
