struggling to cancel the stupid license

Its almost 2 years now, I've been struggling to cancel my tv license the even had their legal department phone and email me I told them my story and ask if I could sent thru all the documents they needed even a avidavid that says I have 2 tv licences they told me they wil sent it back to the people at sabc tv licens now suddenly I'm getting harras by other debt collector by the name of vvm debt collectors threatening me 2 am in the morning I've sent so many emails and it took them 3 months every time to reply but its the same damn email. Its like they don't care what I have to say all they want is the money.. 1. I'm not Mrs van der westhuizen I've told you so many times aswell 2. There is 2 tv licences in this household 3. I DO NOT WORK. Its now almost 6 years. I even went on your side to see what is correct and there you say 1 tv license per household and the one is up to date. Really you have to start doing your job and stop harrasing people because of that.
