Struggeling to cancel TV license

I have send numerous email to the SABC with all the necessary documentation to proof that we have a valid TV License on my husbands name that is paid up to date. (Documents I have attached to my emails is - my ID, My husband's ID, our marriage certificate and the number of his valid TV licence). <br> <br> I have requested you numerous times to cancel the license on my ID number but obviously you have a bunch of idiots workings at the SABC as I am now struggling for months to get you to do your work.<br> <br> I have also selected the \READ"option on my emails and I am getting emails back that my emails have been READ but still I am getting SMS messages informing me my account is in arrears! ***!!!<br> """
