Stop harassing me

I got this SMS from Shapiro Shaik Defries:<br> Your Tv lic Acc *** is still outstanding.To avoid further action<br> commencing.Contact SSDA Tel:*** Bal R 450,50 pay within 7 days.<br> <br> I view this threat in an extremely serious light. <br> <br> Accorrding to the SABC my account is in a queue to be closed. This apparently takes 25 working days even though I have been sending them emails and calling them since April 2015. <br> <br> I'm not sure what more I can do to have this matter settled. The call center person informed me that their cancellations department do not have telephones so I cannot talk to them. There also wasn't a supervisor available in the call center and he could not supply me with the number of a person with authority who can finalise this matter.<br> <br> I'm quite unsure how to proceed. I have sent an affidavit stating that I do not own any equipment capable of processing TV signals (TV set, video recorder, etc). In all my emails to the SABC I have requested that they urgently call me to discuss the matter but they never respond.<br>
