Still required to pay TV licence altough living overseas for 4 years!

<p>I have been living outside of South Africa for 4 years and still get bugged by SABC to pay my license. Yesterday they sent me an e-mail and today a sms to say they will take legal action if I do not pay by end of Oct. I have sent them several e-mails, commented on their website and also responded a company called Nudebt's requests to send affidavits, confirmation of my work permit, passport copies and more. Yesterday I copied Nudebt on my one mail to SABC and it appears they do not exist anymore. Most likely invoiced SABC for hours of work done and left with the money without properly giving feedback to SABC. What more can I do to get SABC off my case. I still have financial commitments in SA and if they decide to blacklist me it may have a pretty serious consequence for me to get future financial approvals. All my e-mail responses to them are ignored by the SABC.</p> <p>I cannot be called on my cellphone as I only have roaming enabled for sms. All communication has to be done through e-mail</p> <p> </p>
