staff not customer frendly

hi i just spocke to a lady by the name of Portia, she was so rude and not willing to help.Just kept quoting her version of the contition.when asked to review it apparently i must buy my own data like every one else in south africa and go on the internet and view. So i must question why do we pay a licence if we cant get proper CUSTOMER SERVICE to help when we need.
