Something needs to be done about SABC

My account was paid up in 2018 and now have debt collectors phone me for R954. The licence fee is R265/year, so I should only owe R530. They say there are penalties charged for non payment. I phoned and offered to pay the R530 and asked if they will waiver the penalties only to be told that 'we don't do that'. So now I will refuse to pay and they can take me to court if they like. You try and do the right thing and they are not prepared to meet you half way. Ridiculous!
