Sloppy SABC administration of licenses

I have not received any statement for renewal of the TV license, yet I get a sms that I have been handed over for debt collection. This is lame. SABC can send a sms of legal action, but not a statement nor any reminder for payment. If SABC does not send out statements, no payment can be made. How much is the license cost? Guessing game SABC.

This type of treatment of clients will not stand in any court of law. So send statements to the clients, then payment might take place. Your administration is dysfunctional, yet the people must pay for your sloppy work and are made as if the people are all ******* and ********.
