Sick and tired

I have had enough with TV license and new debt all together.I paid my TV license in full last year December. Then I get my reminder this year and it states I owe the amount I paid and interest... So I refused to pay it.I did what was right as a South African citizen...many people are not paying nothing towards their license... Then I get a phone call from a rude lady from New debt so I told her she got no right to scream at me so then she forwarded me to her supervisor tumelo.. He tells me I must email him proof of payment from December and pay an amount of R450.50 which I feel was unfair because I'm paying interest from the year before....but anyway made the payment on Sunday. Tried to email through to Mr tumelo and the email didn't go through... Now this morning they telling me I must pay R600 and something...now that is ridiculous...the same reason there was a problem is because your whole system in TV license is messed up. You guys are always saying these phone calls are recorded well go back to the 19 the of December of 2015 and see that I spoke to someone who told me how much I owed and made a payment.. SABC provides disgusting services to public of SA that pay TV license
