SHOCKING SERVICE -MAKING PAYING CUSTOMERS PAY PENALTIES FOR monthly payments

<p>I make payments, every year to SABC. I pay my bill over 3 months. I am a law abiding citizen, however, am being punished for making monthly payments, and for being 1 month over the cut off. Considering I had paid the majority of the TV License, I would imagine you would be happy to have at least some money coming in. NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO PUNISH ME FOR BEING A PAYING CITIZEN. I can very easily become one of the millions not paying TV Licenses. I think it is time you woke up and saw the clients that are paying as actual blessings, instead of trying to SUCK THEM DRY, to make up for the millions who don't pay. </p>
