SATV harass 4 TV# they said would cancel yrs ago

Many years ago, I received an account for over R4000 for a TV license, After lengthy discussions and supplying a ton of info I managed to prove that I had after a divorce gone to live with my mother and then moved in with my present wife. I had not owned a TV in years. I accepted some responsibility for SOME of the amount claimed because I had stopped paying for my license while my divorce was still going through. I had left the marital home. I ended up having to pay my ex wife's share, which I was not really responsible for and my own, just to make the whole thing go away. But it did not. They once again did not send bills for a number of years and then hit me with another over R4000 bill. I refused to pay. I sent again proof and they left me alone again for a long period of time. I have been married for 10 years and pay my present wife's TV number as our household TV license. Now they are harassing me again on the old number. Please someone help me. You cannot even contact them. You cannot block them.
