Sabs tv license

Hi there, I bought a tv in 1998,and in 1999 the lightning hit my tv, I payed at tjat time for the hole year. I went to the post office and told them what hapend, the the lady told me it dosent matter my name is on the system and I must pay, so I stop pay, and up till today I never bought a tv again, nou I get emails that say I must pay R 11345 and my name is going on the credit bureau
