SABS incompetency and harassments

I cancelled my tv license on 7 May 2021 as I was retrenched and had to sell all my belongings. Currently staying with family I have been harrased by a legal company because they say I have not paid this license and you have to give notice before a new invoice is created but SABC can be paid on a monthly basis. Does not make sense. I have called SABC and they the keep telling me to send the cancellation to *** which I have done again again. PLEASSSSSSE can SABC get this fixed.
