Sabc Tv Nudebt

Due to a wrong allocation of a payment I am being charged interest on my account. I have tried to sort it out with NuDebt with a string of emails and phone calls. I had a response on email once stating they will notify Sabc Tv on the incorrect allocation. I have been bombarded with sms’s Further emails and phone calls have had no response. Basic accounting does not seem to be understood. I am supposed to received an email from them. When I asked how the amount was calculated they hung up on me. Thank you NuDebt and Sabc Tv for No customer service. So frustrating
