SABC TV Life Sentence

It's impossible to cancel a TV licence ! SABC does not respond to emails and if you phone ***, the line goes dead after you choose the relevant options. SABC insists that in order to not be liable for a TV licence, you need to advise them and cancel it. BUT HOW??
