SABC TV licensing harrasment

So firstly I get harrassed regarding an ex boyfriend outstanding licence as he used my details..after repeatedly informing them we broke up 13..yes 13 years ago and more NB he is now dead since a fatal heartache 2 years ago they still persist. Secondly I receive a ridiculous bill despite informing them I dont own a TV. I also informed them that my affadavit stating this does not include a case number as I didnt report burglary as had no insurance and why bother going to police(another story of useless service) other than to get a case number for insurance which I dont have. It's like banging ones head against a brick wall. I have paid outstanding as cant fight their lawyers but havent had and still dont have a TV.
