SABC TV licensing dept. incompentant

My name is Frik Grobler. Since last year I contiuously receive treads that I was handed over to a collection company called Revco because my payment is outstanding. Fact is that my license is paid by debit order every year. I have proof that it was paid on the 1st of October. I notified them and wrote an e-mail to SABC, but I still get these messages. I am now sick and tired of them!
