SABC TV Licenses – Harassment Over *****ulent Account!

My husband and I already have a valid, fully paid TV license, yet SABC TV Licenses continues to harass me over a *****ulent account that was ********ly opened in my name. Despite providing all the necessary documentation multiple times, I am still receiving harassing and threatening SMS messages demanding payment for an account I never signed up for.

SABC has been unresponsive and unhelpful, repeatedly ignoring my requests to cancel the *****ulent account. Instead of investigating the issue, they continue to harass paying customers for payments they do not owe. This is a clear violation of my rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which protects consumers from being held liable for accounts they never app**** for.

This kind of poor service and disregard for consumer rights is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend dealing with SABC TV Licenses, as they seem more interested in demanding payments than actually addressing legitimate concerns. Avoid if possible!
