SABC TV Licenses awful service and greed for money

Absolutely disgusting service!!! Have not owned a tv in a year. Never got an invoice or sms as I usually get to pay and handed over and charged a fortune of interest.

I had always paid my tv license and I have always received notifications of what I owe. Yesterday o am told they never had my details. Funny how the collection people used the same number they used to message me on to send a message to pay nearly double.

They say on the site to renew yearly and pay. I was not renewing as I have not used the service.

Absolutely abominable to be handed over when I am one of the few that have paid on time every year do 15 years!!

Shame on you SABC TV licences. Just a new way to ****** money.

Best is not only do they put the phone down or you get cut off but same with the hand over collection people and they message you to call them back!!! Oh and on their site you cannot submit your complaint to them as it does not seem to work!
