Sabc tv license ****

Evening I need help regarding to my tv license account, I reserve an sms reminding to pay,then I called them I asked to make a debit order and they did it,the guy who was helping me told me that it wll be debited on the 1of December ,now I reserve messages almost every 2days with new amount my account number *** ref ***,please help
