SABC TV LICENSE ****

I started making payments to my overdue TV LICENSE from Nov 2021, December 2021 and January 2022 as directed by their debt collectors. After all these payments my account remains overdue with R450. I no longer get messages and interest is no longer calculated. I have emailed proof of payment and called numerous times. The consultants see my proof of payment and all promise to update. They are not allowed to transfer me to finance. It's been 3 months waiting for a response.
