SABC TV LICENSE RIPPOFF

Do not even try to look as their website, these people are **********s. In November we were planning to purchase a TV at one of the Appliances stores and we were told that Inorder to make the purchase we need a tv license, we then went online to check out the application process, it then requested that we create an account so we'll be able to make the application for the license, while busy with that there was a network interruption as we inthe south of Johannesburg and such happens, I then couldn't proceed with the application, fast forward I've been receiving SMS reminding me of paying for the license, I call am told that am supposed to settle the amount, for what we're else there was no TV that was purchased nor even a successful application message for the TV license. This Is pure nonsense, now I am requesting Johanna to put me through the accounts department she's failing to do that telling me I have to pay for what I don't know.

She couldn't even type my ID number when trying to locate the profile, I cannot be ********** for something I didn't use nor purchase.
