SABC TV License - Poor service delivery - Not allocating payment and adding fees (REVCO)

I have paid TV license still getting demands for payments. I was penalized with extra fees but they are not allocating money paid towards TV license. I have send numerous emails and whatsapps for them to allocate payments and reverse penalties.

These people do not respond to my emails and this is not being resolved. I keep on paying but they are owing me money.
