SABC TV License Penalty Fees

My TV License account was in arrears and then I got a settlement offer to pay off my account and the PENALTY - ACCOUNT IN ARREARS fees would be deducted. Yes I found out that every month your account accrues an interest fee of R 26.50 and most of the amount I owed SABC wasn't the TV License fee but the interest / penalty fee. After paying off my account SABC still claims that I owe them R 892.50 (this is the interest fees accrued) and they have failed to honour their part of the agreement. I have written to SABC but my email hasn't been rep**** to. I need this resolved ASAP because I cannot have my account accumulating invalid penalty fees.
