SABC TV License online support very poor

I have been trying to log in to my registered SABC TV license account many times over the last year. Every time I log in, it gives me a consistent error message to say "Error occurred, please contact support team". I have phoned, I have sent an email, and I have even changed my password in the hope to get the issue resolved. Again today phoned them, and they just say there is nothing wrong, it must just be a glitch, even though I have tried many times over the past year to access my account. If i cannot access my account, I cannot pay as that money will just disappear, or inaccurate balances will show.
