Sabc tv license not activating a debit order as I requested

Sabc tv license is not professional, for many years I have been paying my tv license via debit orders.

2023 they stopped it and I paid cash and I asked for reactivation of a debit order and it was loaded. To my surprise I just got a message that my account is in arrears without any notification, now I'm handed to the credit bureau.

This is so unfair treatment after so many years of being law abiding citizen. Been one of the few millions who pays for a useless tv license.
