SABC TV LICENSE nonsense!!

Honestly sick of SABC. somehow they got my ID number and have signed me up for a TV License. I do not even know what it looks like, but they are stating I owe them money and trying to hand me over. I have told them I cannot pay for something I am not in possession of. Never heard anything from them until I was all of a sudden being handed over for fees unpaid. Now all you get are snotty responses stating that I must go get an affidavit. I must take time out of my life to sort out their issues? Absolutely nonsense. Get your act together!
