SABC TV License money is now also claimed even if you have paid!

I have paid my tv license every year, never skipped a year in March of each year, and suddenly from December I started getting notifications that I have been handed over to debt collectors. It seems paying your license is now also a way of *****ing money, because that is also not considered the correct way to do so.
