SABC TV LICENSE IS THE PITS!!! STOP HARRASING/BAD SERVICES

I am tired of receiving these SMS's and emails stating I am owing SABC Tv License, I paid for my license when I was purchasing my first ever tv for my home so why do I have to keep paying for it cz I don't even watch SABC channels. This is ridiculous, SABC is nonsense and they should just cancel their channels if we have to be the one paying for it, why pay for something you don't even watch. why cant we just pay for our licenses when we purchase a tv and not every year now I am owing close to 4k for something I have only used once in 2017.... STOP HARRASING US!!!!!
