SABC tv license department is a nuisance

SABC TV license department is so annoying. Every year I pay the tv license after receiving the notification, putting my license number as reference. They do not reconcile their payment records and keep sending payment request messages. I write an email attaching proof of payment, no response or acknowledgement, then they hand over the account to the collectors. This is one useless entity.
