SABC TV License cancellation

I have not had a TV license for more 12 years and I have been paying TV license regardless, the reason I did this is because for me to cancel the license it seems impossible of which when I app**** for License I never produced a TV set for License but now when I want to cancel it I need to prove that I don't have a TV?. SABC must make it easy to cancel the license.
