SABC TV LICENSE CANCELATION

Hi

Please advise why my TV License all of a sudden shows R265 due if I pay every year, December month? My license is currently paid up until December 2019.

I did send through a cancelation request via prescribed affidavit form via ********** in March 2019.

After 5 follow up emails asking for progress, I get an email with subject line back: ACC IN Q FOR CANC

Now all of a sudden when I log in to the website it shows R265 outstanding?

Please sort this out and revert back via this platform Lic number ********** 27
