Sabc tv license, ******* billing

I haven't owned a TV since 2017 when my TV broke and I canceled my TV license. Then out the blue in 2023 they decided to re in-state my old license! I called to inquire, and they told me they don't know why it was re instated. Now they want to actually hand me over for non payment. Such a ******* bunch. When you write emails, they respond in about 14 days but when you answer it goes to a completely different person, with no idea what you're talking about. Be very carefully of sabc!!!
