We are members of the Association of Debt Recovery Agents and registered in terms of the Debt Collectors Act. Our client, SABC has handed over your arrear tv licence account to REVCO.

Our client advises that you are in arrears in the amount of R 2385.00, which remains outstanding.

The abovementioned account is in respect of tv licence fees levied pursuant of section 27(1)(a)(i) of the Broadcasting Act No 4 as amended.

We hereby give you notice that you are in default of your duty to pay the SABC for the prescribed yearly licence fee.

1. The amount in arrears you owe the SABC is reflected above. It includes permitted penalty fees.

2. We hereby require payment of the said sum within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of this notice.

3. Kindly note that failure to settle the arrears in full within the prescribed period of 10 (ten) business days from date on this notice, will result in you being held liable to pay our client by way of penalties, an amount equal to 10% of the applicable prescribed licence fee per month to a maximum of 100% of the annual prescribed licence fee.

4. Should you be unable to pay this amount immediately, and wish to make suitable arrangements kindly contact one of our call centre agents on ***, or Whatsapp us on *** / *** or email *** for assistance. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 8h00 to 16h30.

5. Please note that all payments are to be made directly to the South African Broadcasting Corporation.
