SABC tv License

Hi, this is regarding my SABC TV License account. My account was paid in full, the amount that SABC said i owed them was R1050, so they contacted REVCO, and as agreed i paid the amount within 6 monthes, starting 2020/11/26 and ending 2021/07/24, the full amount paid was R1050. Today 2021/12/22, i recieved a email from SABC TV License, stating i have an outstanding balance of R1325,00. I do not understand where the monies i paid then when requested went. I would like to give a bad review because this is ********* and it's making me look like a bad customer.
