Sabc TV license

Bad service. Informed them that I bought the TV for someone who is no more,submitted the death certificate and still they are sending me messages that I owe them. The insensitivity and lack of empathy is appauling. I need help, this has been happening since 2021. Help me South Africa . They flood me or harass me with daily smes.
