Sabc tv license

<p>I've been staying with my parents until the year 2010 and yes we owned a tv which my parents bought and the tv license owner is my mom.I then got married in 2010 and my hisband already had a house and tv license is on his names.i've never bought a tv or owned it but apparently i have a tv license that i had for years but never paud for it no even once.I received an sms on 23 may 2016 that the balance on my tv license account is R4489.Since then i've receiving sms reminders that i must pay my tv license.Please,I never app**** for a tv license so i'm so surprised.So enlighten me please cause I don't understand this,how does it work.How and where did I apply for this tv license.</p>
