SABC TV license

I cancelled my TV license a year ago. I was at Oliver Thambo on my way to Europe. A lady phoned me, informing me that they intend to hand me over because I am in arrears. I told her I dont own a TV and and cancelled it. She said I habe to do an affidavid and send it through. I told her I will be back in SA mid July and will do that. Since then numerous phonecalls and smses. I am so sick and tired of being bul**** bu them. Incomtence at the highes level.
