SABC TV LICENSE

SABC has been totally unfair! SABC just wants money not even considering that the fault is on their side. We received a statement stating we have outstanding monies all of a sudden and have been receiving emails every day since! i have emailed my query to SABC but no one seems to help except they call me asking for payment! Mr AM Abdool haq had not received his annually statement for the year 2015 as a reminder to pay his fees and hence did not know the exact amount and therefore is not willing to pay the interest incurred other then the difference of R100. SABC should reverse the interest as they can see that he has made the attempt of paying for the year and the fault does not lie in his hands.<br> plus he wants to state that he has been paying Domestic TV License from 1996 and has not missed a payment since then but has not received an updated card for the past 4 years, if SABC TV License can be so active when they want money they should be active the same way to provide their clients with the necessary documents! This is very ********* and we refuse to pay any interest on this account except the basic domestic TV License!<br>
