SABC TV license

I have sent over 20 emails to SABC TV licence department to prove that our TV licence has been paid, I see that they have all been read, but not one reply, just keep getting an email with over account which is incorrect. Sylvia Tlada please contact me, as when I call the number given is says no one is available and cuts off this has been going on since September and refuse to make another payment till is is sorted out. I will join the rest of the non payers
