SABC TV licences

Good day. My dad passed away on 4 August 2024. SABC TV licences have sent threatening SMSs to hand him over for his TV licence which was due to be paid last month. I've sent 3 emails with his death certificate attached. Tried calling SABC TV licences, but get cut off after holding for 10 minutes at a time. I've emailed the complaints department at SABC TV licences, asking how they can hand over a dead person. The TV licence is R74. But now they have added interest. R81.40 is due. How strange is this???
