SABC TV licence threat : TV licence ***
<p>Good day,</p> <p>Eversince I bought my TV I've been paying yearly licence fee even though I do not own it anymore. This year I paid the licence fee in May with the full amount that reflected in a letter that was posted to my postbox. Last month I started receiving threatning sms saying a letter of demand has been issued. I stopped watching TV ages ago and I no longer have TV.
