Sabc tv licence should get a new accounts system

My outstanding balance was R292 on 30 August 2019. I settled the account and my new tv licence is due 1 November 2019. Today 09 September 2019 I wanted to purchase a tv and they told me my outstanding balance is R265? I went online and checked and it does say outstanding R265. how can you settle today and tomorrow your account has an outstanding balance again, they really need to get a new accounts system that is up to date because that amount due is for 1 November 2019.
