SABC TV Licence service are still as useless as ever

Still useless! I managed to pay for my TV licence, sent proof of payment and called to confirm if my email was received... only to be told, wait for it.... that I must call back to find out because they only receive emails after 28 hours. Where in the world in 2021 have you ever heard of an email regularly taking 28 hours to come through. I'm at a loss for words. I'm pretty sure it's another lie in an attempt to cover up their extreme uselessness.
