i have paid my account twice this year last week i paid R315 prior R315 i paid R200+

Today i am still receiving SMS's to pay R315 for licence , why? my account was never in arrears yet interest was added which is cleared .how many times in one year do i have to pay ? why do i still get these incorrect SMS's?
